RETURNS & CHANGE OF MIND
We really hope you love your Hamamingo as much as we do. We’re a small team and every order matters to us, but we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right.
If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase, simply email us at hello@hamamingo.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags intact, within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different colour, subject to availability.
Please note, we’re unable to cover the cost of returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections, so we kindly ask that you choose carefully when placing your order.

Make sure to include the returns form enclosed in your original parcel.
If your order was over £50, we recommend using a tracked or insured service for peace of mind. We can’t guarantee that we will receive items sent without tracking.
SHIPPING
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 business day, but as a small company, during busy periods this might take a little longer. The Royal Mail Tracked 48 service typically delivers within 2–3 working days, but please note this refers to the postal service, not the time from when you placed your order.
If you need a faster service, 24-hour delivery is available—please email hello@hamamingo.com before placing your order to check availability and pricing. Orders must be placed before 1pm for next working day delivery, and the cost will vary depending on the weight of your order.
EU and Worldwide shipping is available from £10 per order. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import fees or taxes applied in the destination country.
